Barry Manilow Postpones Las Vegas Residency: Health Update and Tour Details (2026)

Pop icon Barry Manilow has postponed his Las Vegas residency following a successful cancer surgery. The 70-year-old, known for his enduring career spanning over five decades, initially had residency dates scheduled at the Westgate Las Vegas from February 12-21, 2026. However, due to his doctor's recommendation, he has decided to postpone these shows to focus on his recovery and upcoming tour.

Manilow's surgery, which was performed after a stage one lung cancer diagnosis, was deemed a success. He is now recovering well and has been engaging in light exercise and studio work. In a social media post, he expressed his determination to stay focused on healing, stating, 'I’m doing great and recovering very well after my surgery. I’ve been getting exercise and spending some time in the studio, which has been fantastic.'

The postponed residency dates have not yet been rescheduled, and ticket holders will receive refunds. Manilow will, however, resume his tour at the Westgate Las Vegas on March 26, 27, and 28, following a national swing that begins on February 27 at the Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida. Despite the setback, Manilow's latest single, 'Once Before I Go,' has achieved a remarkable milestone, entering Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart after 51 years and three months, the longest gap for any artist on the chart.
