"Perfection is key. We aim for maximum efficiency while ensuring safety and reliability. It's a delicate balance, but it's incredibly rewarding," he explains.
Despite his initial lack of clarity about his career path, Silom is now poised to transition into a full-time role as a control and instrumentation technician. A role he never imagined for himself, yet one that he's incredibly passionate about.
